Symptom
The runtime error ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY occurs in the function module RSAR_ODS_GET.

Reason and Prerequisites
The metadata is inconsistent.
Solution
The program RSAR_RSISOSMAP_DUPLICATES analyzes whether there are multiple uses in
relation to the content of the field TRANSTRU in the table RSISOSMAP.

Note: For BW 7.0, program ‘Z_RS_SCRSYSTEM_R3_CHECK‘ was completely revised due to
the 7.0 DataSource. This was done with correction instruction 564599. As of SAPI
Release PI_BASIS 2005_1_700, use only this version.
The source system already contains inconsistent IDoc segments or transfer structures.
The process of generating transfer rules terminates
with the following error messages:
EA 229, EA 201, R3 104, RG 102 and RSAR 502.

Reason and Prerequisites
The IDOC administration or transfer structure administration is inconsistent.
Solution
Source System Release = 3.1I
1. Create the ‘ZRSCRTSC’ cleanup program in the source system from the attached
correction instructions (see the PI software component). As description for this
program, you can use: ‘CleanUp R/3(3.1I): IDOC segments and ROOSGEN DDIC
structures’.
2. Create the ‘Z_RS_SCRSYSTEM_BW_CHECK’ cleanup program in the BW system from the
attached correction instructions (see the SAP_BW software component). As
description for this program, you can use: ‘CleanUp for 3.1I IDOC segments in BW’.
The source code of these cleanup programs is subject to further development.
Therefore, only use the current source code from the attached correction
instructions for the relevant software component. A program that already exists in
your system may be obsolete.
